This year marks my 30th year of full time online marketing. As a sole entrepreneur, I’ve never advertised and have relied solely on content and SEO to publish over 150 websites. I have delved into coupons, catalogs, credit cards, casinos, travel and a whole assortment of other interests and markets.

I originally created the root domain of this website over 10 years s a means to keep track and gain from all the tools that I was using to publish my other websites.

The development of the internet was a monumental shift in the nature of how the world works. There was the dot com boom and the rot com bust! But it has inexorably changed the world we live in.

Retirement

Even though I officially retired eight years, I still maintain a full time schedule in trying to maintain less than 10 websites. I don’t do this out of material need! I just seem to be inexplicably drawn to the online world for the allure of it’s ever increasing change.

The very recent development and explosion of AI has once started a new revolution not only in tech, but for every day living. One single person and a small website like this will never change the world. But it can and will continue to persist!

AI has changed so incrementally fast that 99% of the posts written in the last couple of years have become obsolete! Even laughable! So I just did the logical thing and gutted most of the site and started over at the beginning of 2026.

This not a topic that lends itself well to evergreen content!
